The "Key Technology and Application of Advanced Intelligent Power Fully Integrated Process" project led by the foundry business group of CR MICRO Co., Ltd. won the second prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award. Through this project, the company has successfully developed an advanced intelligent power fully integrated process platform with independent intellectual property rights, and built a domestic leading 1.8V~200V serialized power process integrated circuit process platform with full voltage range.
After ten years of sharpening a sword, the company has cooperated with well-known domestic colleges and universities, and after more than ten years of cooperation, it has broken through key technologies such as high and low voltage device design, reliability improvement, and fully integrated process, and launched an advanced intelligent power fully integrated process platform. The technology platform not only has the characteristics of high density, high power, and high cost performance, but also has high-quality performance of high reliability and high mass production stability. With the support of its own e-fuse, MTP and third-party IP, together with advanced The superior technical resources of panel-level power packaging bring the "wafer +" service spirit to every customer. At present, the chips produced by this process platform have been widely used in the Internet of Things, smart home appliances, industrial control, new energy vehicles and other fields.
